How long does a commission take?
Each ring is handcrafted to order, typically within four to eight weeks. Commissions placed before the first of May will be completed in time for Father's Day.
May I request a different stone or colourway?
Certainly, we are delighted to accommodate bespoke requests or modifications to our current collection - such as alternative gemstones, enamel colourways, and personal engravings - subject to feasibility.
What if I do not know his ring size?
This is entirely common when commissioning as a gift. We shall guide you through discreet methods during your consultation.
What takes place during a consultation?
A considered conversation — by telephone, video call, or in person at our Mayfair offices — in which we learn about the intended wearer and recommend the appropriate piece.
